Our beef is processed in a local USDA inspected facility, vacuum packed, and frozen before it is boxed and delivered to your doorstep. We will deliver any order totaling over $75 on a weekly basis to Sullivan, Columbia, and St. Louis, Missouri and their surrounding areas. Deliveries will be made the week after the order is placed. We will send you a confirmation email with the delivery date to you when your order is ready. You do not need to be home when the package is delivered but it is highly recommended that the package is received by you or a designated person the same day to ensure the meat remains frozen. The meat will be frozen and packed with ice gel packs when delivered to your doorstep.

We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays to ensure your package arrives by the end of the week. Shipping generally takes 1-2 days business days. If shipping is expected to take longer, you will be immediately notified by email.
All shipments are processed through USPS, UPS, or FedEx and require a physical street address. No P.O. Box addresses allowed for delivering purposes. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You do not need to be home when the package is delivered but it is highly recommended that the package is received by you or a designated person the same day to ensure the meat remains frozen. 2M Beef is not responsible for any damage to the items included in the order if a person is not available to accept the shipment the same day.
Your beef will be shipped in a custom Styrofoam shipping box with ice gel packs and dry ice so that all meats will arrive frozen (below 40 degrees Fahrenheit) . Our goal is for your order to arrive frozen but be aware that some thawing could occur due to weather, shipping delays, or small orders that do not fill the box. Beef should be placed in the freezer immediately upon receiving your order.
HANDLING DRY ICE: Use insulated gloves or towels when handling dry ice. Allow it to completely dissipate on its own in a well-ventilated area away from people or animals. Do not dispose in the sink or toilet to prevent the risk of freezing pipes. Do not dispose in the trash or garbage. Do not place on on a tiled or solid surface counter top as the extreme cold may cause damage. Avoid contact with bare skin. Please refer to the Dry Ice Caution paper in your shipment for proper handling and disposal.
