DO I HAVE ENOUGH FREEZER SPACE?

I'M DEBATING ON A SHARE OF BEEF, HOW MANY LB OF TAKE-HOME MEAT WILL I RECEIVE?

Quarter  ~110-130 lb 

Half  ~225-250 lb 

Whole  ~450-500 lb

Please note that this is an estimate. The amount of take-home meat depends on the size of the animal.

I'M DEBATING ON A SHARE OF BEEF, WHAT IS THE COST?

The live animal will weigh between 1100-1300 lb which will produce a 650-800 lb carcass and this is what our price is based on.  This price includes the deposit, beef + processing, and delivery to your doorstep.

Quarter  $4.90/LB

Half  $4.65/LB

Whole  $4.50/LB

Example: Quarter Beef of 800 lb carcass 

              800 lb/4 = 200 lb 

              200 lb x $4.90/lb = $980.00 Total 

Please note that this is an estimate. The prices may vary depending on size of animal and processing selections. Some weight is lost during processing due to bone, moisture loss, etc.

I'M DEBATING ON A SHARE OF BEEF, DO I GET TO CHOOSE THE CUTS?

Yes! You will be able to choose your cuts for quarter, half, or whole beef options. For example, you can choose how thick your steaks are cut, how big you want your roasts, and if want your roasts cut into steaks or ground into burger. We help you through this entire process.

We are doing our best to keep our website updated to match our current inventory. We appreciate your interest in our beef so here are some ways to keep in touch or purchase the item you were wanting: 

  • If the item you are wanting is out of stock, ​email us and we will let you know when we expect to have that product back in stock.

  • If you would like to reserve that product for a future date, email us and we can send you an invoice.

I WANT TO SEND A GIFT BOX OF MEAT, HOW DO I DO THAT?

Some of our products have the availability to add a "personalized message" before adding the item to the cart. If an item does not have that option, simply write the gift message and any special instructions in the "notes" section at checkout. Although we would like to surprise your special someone with this box, it is very important that you know if they will be home when the box arrives to prevent thawing of the meat. 

I PLAN ON PURCHASING A WHOLE BEEF & SHARING WITH FAMILIES, MAY I SUBMIT MULTIPLE CUT INSTRUCTION FORMS?

At this time, we are only accepting one cut instruction form per order. This prevents missing items or incorrect orders. Sorry for any inconvenience.
