PERSONAL DELIVERY
Our beef is processed in a USDA inspected facility, vacuum packed or shrink wrapped, and frozen before it is boxed and delivered to your doorstep. There is a $10 delivery fee OR free delivery on any order totaling over $100. Deliveries will be on a monthly basis to Columbia and St. Louis, Missouri and their surrounding areas and every 2 weeks to Sullivan, Missouri. Deliveries will be made within 1 month after the order is placed. We will send you a confirmation email with the delivery date to you when your order is ready. If you need it sooner, send us an email and we can try to arrange an earlier delivery date. You do not need to be home when the package is delivered but it is highly recommended that the package is received by you or a designated person the same day to ensure the meat remains frozen. The meat will be frozen and packed with ice gel packs when delivered to your doorstep. SHIPPING
Our beef is processed in a USDA inspected facility, vacuum packed or shrink wrapped, and frozen before it is boxed and shipped. Shipping is available to the contiguous United States. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays to ensure your package arrives by the end of the week. If an order is placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following week. Shipping generally takes 1-2 days business days. If shipping is expected to take longer, you will be immediately notified by email.
All shipments are processed through UPS and require a physical street address. No P.O. Box addresses allowed for delivering purposes. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You do not need to be home when the package is delivered but it is highly recommended that the package is received by you or a designated person the same day to ensure the meat remains frozen. 2M Beef is not responsible for any damage to the items included in the order if a person is not available to accept the shipment the same day.
Your beef will be shipped in a Styrofoam shipping box with ice gel packs and dry ice so that all meats will arrive frozen (below 40 degrees Fahrenheit) . Our goal is for your order to arrive frozen but be aware that some thawing could occur due to weather, shipping delays, or small orders that do not fill the box. Beef should be placed in the freezer immediately upon receiving your order.
HANDLING DRY ICE: Use insulated gloves or towels when handling dry ice. Allow it to completely dissipate on its own in a well-ventilated area away from people or animals. Do not dispose in the sink or toilet to prevent the risk of freezing pipes. Do not dispose in the trash or garbage. Do not place on a tiled or solid surface counter top as the extreme cold may cause damage. Avoid contact with bare skin. Please refer to the Handle with Care paper in your shipment for proper handling and disposal. We are not responsible for injuries due to dry ice.
COST OF SHIPPING:Our shipping is offered as a group flat rate. The best way to determine your shipping cost is at checkout or emailing us for a price quote. Perishable products require special handling and why you see a shipping charge. This ensures your products will arrive frozen and safe. We will offer specials periodically so become an insider by subscribing with your email to see those!
ITEMS THAT WE SHIP:Shipping is eligible for all items except Quarter, Half, and Whole Beef Shares. You must live within our delivery range to order beef shares. If you have any questions, please email us! We have priced shipping and added delivery charges for out-of-state beef shares in the past.
LOCAL PICKUP
We offer local pickup in Sullivan, Missouri. Just place your order online and choose pickup at checkout. Your order will be at the pickup location approximately 2 weeks after the order has been placed.
