Custom orders include whole, half, and quarter beef. By far the best value, this is a great option if you have freezer space or purchasing for multiple families. Custom orders are offered for anyone in Sullivan, Columbia, and St. Louis, Missouri and their surrounding areas. We require a non-refundable deposit today and then you will be invoiced for the remaining amount after the processing takes place.  You will get to communicate with the local butcher to choose your cuts, grind of ground beef, and whether you want bones or other extras. Once the beef is ready, the meat will be cut and packaged to your specifications, frozen, and delivered to your doorstep.

Quarter - $150
Half - $250
Whole - $400
Receive a confirmation email - you will be notified when to communicate with the butcher to choose your custom order 
Invoices will be sent to you for the beef and processing fees and must be paid before receiving your order
You will be notified when your beef is ready for delivery
It is highly recommended that the beef is received by you or a designated person at time of delivery to ensure the meat remains frozen
